Cotton Cargo Production Policy

Your failure to understand/follow these terms, listed below, may result in delay of production.

These terms may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page. A copy of this agreement will be on file and continued use of Cotton Cargo's services by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement, please check for updates on a regular basis. 

We cannot guarantee that all orders will be completed by said due date unless both the quantity/sizes of merchandise are ordered through our Sales Department and any supplied merchandise for printing/embroidery is delivered to Cotton Cargo at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled due date. Special order shirts/colors may take longer, check with Sales Dept. for details. info@cottoncargoonline.com  

All new artwork must have a final approval before production begins. (No Phoned In Approvals)  When a design is submitted for approval, you will receive a notification call.  If changes are requested, artwork must be resubmitted for final approval.  This process will continue until final approval is received. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be completed by said due date unless the artwork, sizes, and locations to be printed/embroidered on the merchandise is approved at least 24 hours prior to pickup.  If specific printing sizes and locations are needed, notify  the art department during design production. Turnaround time, on new artwork, varies on complexity of the design.

Final pricing will be determined after color separations or digitizing  is complete. Dark color garments that require an under base and additional colors add screen fees and running charges. 

Standard turnaround time on new orders is 7-10 working days.(M-F 8am-5pm) 
Rush Orders: We will do our best to meet your in-hands date.  RUSH CHARGES WILL APPLY ON ALL ORDER UNDER STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME.

Art Charges: 
-Minor cleanup on supplied $0-20 (depending on time)
-Half an hour is included with in-house orders.
-Any additional half hour will be $25 each.
-Provided shirts $25/half hour
(Turnaround time varies on complexity of the design.)

• Provide an active e-mail address you can easily access.
• Provide an estimated due date if you do not have a specific due date.
• If you have specific font styles, please provide font name and/or file.
• If you have a specific color, please provide the PMS number or match it on our PMS Color Chart.
• Be sure that provided artwork is in vector format or is in layers at 300dpi. See artwork specs.
• Non vector files must be created at 300dpi. Images can not be changed to a higher dpi.
